If not, get ready to experience a profound mind-body reset through breathwork. Six years ago, I discovered this ancient practice and was amazed by its deceptively simple yet deeply impactful benefits.

Under the guidance of renowned breathwork experts such as Ritchie Bostock (The Breath Guy) and Nicola Price of Inspirational Breathing, I've explored breathwork's vast potential for emotional healing, physical vitality, and spiritual awakening. My own breathwork journey has been so remarkably healing that I was inspired to receive extensive training to share these sacred techniques alongside my nutrition services.

During our one-on-one breathwork sessions, we'll tune into your current state of being to customise the experience. Then, you'll be guided through conscious breath patterns and exercises designed to take you into an expansive state of body awareness and presence. You may experience physical sensations, emotional releases, or feelings of profound peace and clarity.

 

Whatever arises is welcome - I'll be right there to support you.

Afterwards, most clients report a blissful state of relaxation and calm focus as the breath restores balance. Some feel euphoric; others simply feel "re-set."

Breathwork can be a powerful complement to my nutritional consultations for holistic well-being.

The Power of Breathwork

Initial Session

We all breathe effortlessly as babies, but as we accumulate layers of stress, emotion, and life experiences, our breath patterns can become dysfunctional. Most of us go through life breathing sub optimally, never re-learning how to breathe fully and freely. My breathwork sessions aim to guide you back to your pure, optimized breath for far-reaching benefits and a return to radiant health and wellbeing.

The session includes 2-hour private breathwork session and personalised supporting materials

 

During our session, we'll begin with a discussion about your current physical/emotional state and any relevant medical history. I'll then analyse your natural breath pattern to understand where your breath resides in your body.

From there, you'll be guided through 45 minutes of conscious, connected breathwork designed to take you into an expanded state of awareness and presence. This active breathwork is followed by 15 minutes of integrative "receiving" time where you can fully let go and relax into the experience.

Slowly, I'll guide you back into your day, providing aftercare advice and a roadmap for developing a regular breathwork practice at home.

These sessions are profoundly beneficial for anyone seeking deep relaxation, relief from stress/anxiety, healing from emotional trauma, or a reprieve from physical ailments. By optimising your breath, you can experience a palpable shift into a calmer, more positive state of being.

Session Follow up

In person or Online

My 90 minute follow-up sessions follow a similar pattern to your initial session. We will review any emotions that have arisen since our last session and then go into your guided breathwork session.

Regular follow-up sessions have worked powerfully for my clients who are experiencing times of significant stress or anxiety and can help to support you through whatever life throws at you.

Breathwork Retreats

I run regular themed nutrition and breathwork workshops and retreats, often combining my skills with other experienced practitioners and teachers in order to create a fully immersive and informative experience.

 

I work closely with the seasons to help support you holistically through cyclical changes over the course of the year.
